We are a proactive, personal, multi-disciplinary business consulting & project management firm. Our approach is agile, seamless and connected.

Diamond was founded in 2018 to support small, to medium companies. We found that internal, and capital projects were causing founders and executives to lose focus on what really mattered in their businesses.

Since our inception, we’ve been working with startups, midsize and enterprise level organizations. Our mission is to simplify and harmonize the project planning and execution process within our clients’ operations.

What do we actually do?

  • We provide clear, practical cost management across the full project lifecycle. From early budgets and cost planning through to monitoring, reporting, and change control, we help clients understand financial exposure, make informed decisions, and maintain control as projects progress.

  • We support clients through tender review and contractor selection by analysing submissions on a like-for-like basis. Our focus is on risk, scope clarity, value, and deliverability—providing clear recommendations that support confident, well-informed appointment decisions.

  • We advise on procurement strategy and manage the process from initial approach through to appointment. This includes packaging, timelines, engagement with the market, and alignment with project objectives—ensuring procurement is structured, efficient, and fit for purpose.

  • We provide independent oversight of the design process to ensure proposals remain aligned with the brief, budget, and programme. Acting as a client-side interface, we help coordinate designers, manage change, and reduce the risk of issues emerging later in delivery.

  • We act as client-side project managers for capital expenditure projects, taking responsibility for coordination, governance, and delivery. From initiation through to completion, we manage stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within agreed parameters.

  • We develop and manage realistic, integrated project programmes that reflect how projects are actually delivered. By identifying critical activities, interfaces, and risks early, we help clients understand dependencies, set achievable milestones, and maintain momentum throughout delivery.

  • We provide project-based advisory support to growing businesses delivering internal initiatives beyond day-to-day operations. This may include managing relocations, supporting funding or investment processes, or leading specific strategic projects—bringing structure, momentum, and experienced delivery without adding permanent overhead.
